 Darn Little Badger is a gorgeous thick built Black/brown, 14.3hh, 8 year old AQHA mare. She was sired by Texas Frecklena x Texas Kicker x Colonel Freckles and out of Dotties Star x Little Peppys Star x Peppy San Badger. She has been extensively trained. Badger had a year off to have a gorgeous black Tobiano Colt, who is now weaned and sold. Badger has started back to work, and is in training with a Pro trainer. She has been trail ridden by children, w/t/c and beginner riders, however we are recommending her for an intermediate rider due to her speed. Started team penning, worked cattle, trail ridden, played around with some barrels, and trail ridden. She is not spooky. Leads, halters, ties, clean legs, tacks up quietly, stands for the farrier, lunges, stands for mounting. She has excellent movements and is best suited to team penning, games, etc. which she was started on. She will need a refresher for gaming etc. as we are only hacking her out and freshening her up on her movements. She would make an excellent mare for working cattle, team sorting, team penning etc. however we would recommend a more advanced rider, as she can have a fair bit of go at events. Badger can live in or out and is a VERY easy keeper.
